How does MarketSync actually post to Facebook Marketplace?
Facebook doesn't allow third-party sites to post listings via API. Our Chrome extension opens FB Marketplace's standard "Create Listing" page and fills in the year, make, model, color, price, mileage, photos, and description for you. You review and click Publish like normal — it's just way faster than typing it all manually.
Will Facebook ban my account for using this?
MarketSync doesn't bypass any of Facebook's controls — it fills in the same form a human would, and you still click Publish yourself. We deliberately built it that way to stay within reasonable use. Common-sense limits still apply: don't post the same vehicle hundreds of times, and don't post non-existent inventory.
What inventory feeds do you support?
Today we auto-resolve LeadBox-style feeds (any dealership site at
/new-inventory/, /used-inventory/, etc.) into a working JSON URL. If your dealer site uses a different platform, paste the direct JSON inventory feed URL and we'll handle it. Talk to support if you're not sure where to find yours.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
You get 30 days of full access on either plan — no credit card required at signup. When the trial ends, the dashboard will prompt you to add a payment method to keep using MarketSync. If you don't, your account simply pauses until you decide to continue.
Do my sales reps need to pay separately?
No. On the Dealer Plan, every sales rep on your team is included in your subscription — invite as many as you need from the Sales Team page. Solo reps not affiliated with a dealer have their own Individual Sales Rep plan.
What insights does the dealer admin see?
Total inventory synced, listings posted (overall + per-rep), sold conversion rate, active days, daily posting rate, leaderboard ranking everyone in the dealership, and a drill-down view per rep. Plus full team management from one panel.
What happens to my dealership data?
Inventory data is pulled from your own public dealer feed and stored only so we can show it to your team in the extension. We don't sell, share, or use your data for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
Can I see a demo before I sign up?
Absolutely. Book a 15-minute call and we'll walk you through it live with your actual inventory.
What if Facebook changes their UI?
We maintain the extension actively — when FB shifts their layout, we ship an update. Active subscribers automatically get the new version through Chrome's auto-update.
What is the sales leaderboard and how do points work?
Every rep earns points for posting and selling vehicles, with bonus points when a deal closes through a MarketSync-posted Facebook listing. Points move reps up tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Legend — visible to the whole dealership on a live leaderboard. It's the part most listing tools don't have, and it's built specifically to keep a sales floor motivated.
How is MarketSync different from a basic Facebook lister?
Basic listing tools fill in the Facebook form and stop. MarketSync also tracks sold vehicles per rep, awards points, runs the leaderboard, and gives the dealer admin a real-time view of who's posting and selling. You get inventory automation and a sales management layer in the same subscription.
What is AI Boost?
AI Boost is a $129/month add-on for Dealer Plan subscribers. It adds a one-click AI writing button to every vehicle in your inventory catalog — click it and the AI generates a complete, polished Facebook Marketplace listing in the tone you choose (professional, friendly, or aggressive). It also checks for missing photos, missing price, or mileage before you post, and flags vehicles that are priced more than 15% above or below your own comparable inventory. You activate it from Profile & Settings and can cancel it independently at any time.
Who sees the AI Boost upgrade button in the dashboard?
Only the dealer admin sees it — the upgrade prompt appears at the top of the Insights page and in Profile & Settings. Sales reps see the AI Enrichment button on inventory cards once the admin has activated it, but the billing and configuration is managed by the admin only.
Does MarketSync work on mobile?
The dashboard, leaderboard, and stats pages are fully responsive and work great from a phone or tablet browser. Posting to Facebook Marketplace itself happens through the Chrome extension, which requires desktop Chrome — that's a Facebook limitation, not a MarketSync one, since Facebook's own listing form behaves differently on mobile.
