My inventory isn't syncing

Double-check the dealer website URL you entered in the dashboard. MarketSync reads your inventory feed automatically; if your platform is uncommon, the smart detector may take a few minutes on the first sync. Still stuck? Send us the URL below.

The Chrome extension won't fill the form

Make sure you installed the MarketSync extension from the Chrome Web Store and are signed in. It only activates on Facebook Marketplace's create-listing page — refresh the page and try again.

How do I add my sales reps?

Open the dashboard, go to Sales Team, and invite each rep by email. On the Dealer Plan every rep is included at no extra cost — they don't need their own subscription.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Manage your subscription from the dashboard in two clicks, or review the pricing & plans page. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
