Do I really not need a credit card?
Correct. You can use MarketSync free for 7 full days without giving any payment info. After day 7, the dashboard will ask if you want to add a card and continue. If you don't want to, your account just pauses.
Is this against Facebook's rules?
No. You still click the Post button yourself. MarketSync just fills in the boxes for you, like an assistant typing for you. Facebook's rules ban bots that auto-post and spam — MarketSync is not that.
What if my dealer website is not in your list?
MarketSync has a Smart Detect feature. If we don't recognize your platform, our system opens your site in a quiet test browser, finds the inventory data on its own, and saves it. Most websites work the first time. If something doesn't work, our support team will set it up for you.
Does it work on Canadian dealers too?
Yes. Canadian and US dealers both work. Canadian platforms like EDealer, LeadBox, Strathcom, SM360, and Vicimus are all supported. US platforms like Dealer.com, Dealer Inspire, CDK Global, and DealerFire are supported too.
What if my whole team uses MarketSync?
Use the Dealer Plan. The dealer admin pays one subscription. Every sales rep on the team gets full access at no extra cost. Reps don't pay anything — the dealer covers it.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for. Nothing locks you in.
How is MarketSync different from other Facebook Marketplace listing tools?
Most listing tools just push your inventory to Facebook and stop there. MarketSync adds the sales team layer on top: it tracks who posted and who sold each vehicle, awards points, and runs a live leaderboard with tiers — so the dealer gets both the listing automation and a built-in way to motivate the sales floor, in one subscription.
What is AI Boost and do I need it?
AI Boost is a $129/month add-on for Dealer Plan subscribers. When turned on, every vehicle in your inventory gets a one-click AI writing button — it generates a polished Facebook Marketplace listing in the tone you choose (professional, friendly, or aggressive). It also checks for missing photos or price before you post, and flags vehicles priced more than 15% above or below your own comparable inventory. If you're posting a high volume of vehicles or want every listing to sound consistent, it pays for itself quickly.
Can I add AI Boost after I sign up?
Yes — you can activate it any time from the Profile & Settings page in your dashboard. It's a separate monthly charge on top of your Dealer Plan. Cancel it independently any time without affecting your main subscription.
Do I need to give MarketSync access to my DMS or inventory system?
No. MarketSync only needs your public dealer website URL — the same inventory pages your customers already browse. There's no DMS login, API key, or IT setup required. The Smart Detect feature reads your site's public inventory data directly.
Can MarketSync appraise a trade-in?
Yes. The Trade Appraisal tool (part of Inventory Intelligence) gives you a live retail market value and a suggested cash/trade offer from real listings. You can add the customer's info and a full trade-in disclosure, then print a branded Customer Summary PDF and a Trade-In Disclosure Statement — both with the salesperson's name and signature lines.
What is "Ask MarketSync," the AI assistant?
Ask MarketSync is a built-in AI assistant that answers questions about your own store — which units are aging, what's priced off market, how many leads need follow-up, what to restock — grounded in your live inventory and lead data. It can also decode a VIN, predict a fair price, and pull a market snapshot on request.
Does MarketSync show a Carfax report?
Yes. Every vehicle card has a one-click Carfax button that opens the report for that VIN, pulled from the badge already on your listing page — right beside VIN decode, factory window stickers and brochures.
Can I use MarketSync and post listings in another language?
Yes. Each rep can translate the whole dashboard into any language, and AI-written Facebook listings can be generated in French, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Arabic and 15+ more — chosen right in the Chrome extension.
What is Inventory Intelligence and Turn Rate?
Inventory Intelligence is a $299/month add-on that scores your whole lot: Turn Rate (how fast each make/model sells), health scores, hot & cold movers, aged-unit alerts, duplicate VINs, live price-to-market flags, competitor monitoring, a market snapshot, MarketCheck price prediction, and the Trade Appraisal tool.
What happens when a vehicle sells?
Mark it sold from the dashboard or extension in one click — choose "Sold by Me," "Sold on Facebook," or "Sold by Other." The Facebook listing gets queued for removal automatically, points get awarded to the right rep, and the leaderboard updates right away.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No contracts and no setup fees. MarketSync is a month-to-month subscription. Start with the 30-day free trial, and if it's not for you, cancel before day 31 and you won't be charged anything.
